Guilty conscience

As doctor, your job is to make decision.

There will be times when you wonder whether have you done the best for your patient? Is it the right decision? Sometimes you wonder whether whatever decision you take will alter the outcome at all? What else could you do when patient refuse comply with your request?

This is the thought that run through my mind for today early morning arrest as I compress his broken chest and shock him. Its depressing.
