My brother waited for me to wish him happy birthday on Monday the 26th. I am slaving myself away for on-calls and didn't get home by 10 pm.

Due to time difference, I manage to wish him despite the delay.

Love you always, my youngest bro. Thank you for making me feel like I am the sunshine of our life.

Just a thought

I think Motherhood is a privilege, not a human right.

It crossed my mind, that's all.

Life ain't a bed of roses

As I looked around my ward today...

A 28 yr old woman who has a stillbirth 7 weeks ago.

A 56 yr old woman whose husband suddenly walked out of their marriage out of the blue. They have been together since she was eleven. Don't underestimate the power of a broken heart and its manifestation in physical illness. She helped to sooth and calm the depressed and deeply anxious elderly lady who is having unstable angina next to her bed.

In the next bay, a psychiatrically disturbed and recently became-a-mum Type I DM keep demanding painkiller. She has a morphine addiction and purposely induced hypoglycaemia by injecting excess insulin to her body. Her 6-7 weeks old baby may be taken into foster care soon.

And you just have to get on. Who says life is fair, eh?

Count your blessings.

My consultant said,"I practically lost the will to live now" by the time we saw the ump.......th patient.

I let him go to have his lunch.

Kick Ass

I am pretty sure this movie is banned kat Malaysia.

Its pretty messed-up children/teenager superhero movie with soooo much profanities and violences matched only (or even more??) by Kill Bill. A 11/12 year old girl muttering the word C--T? B----- hell.

And yet it is so funny; and there is a little touch of humanity too...Have to say, I did have a good time at cinema.

And I think there will be a Kick Ass 2.
